I would give 5 stars but it's annoying that I book my car in for 9am but it doesn't get touched until 2pm (I can tell from the app). Why not give me less hassle and allow me to book it in for 2?

Obviously the dealership is a bit more expensive than independent garages. I would like to see more comparable pricing especially for cars over 4 years old.

To b fair they do very good work on my car but are they restricted by bmw schedule . The only reason for this the service advisor is norrie gilmore is 5 star.

There was nothing wrong with the work done. But when you call and say the car is ready at 3pm one day and it has not been washed when you arrive after 10am the next day to pick it up, it's a poor show. Also, there were coffee dribbles in my car.

While the car was in the hands of Douglas Park in Glasgow another fault appeared ( NOX sensor ). This was fixed at a cost of £571 ? When i checked the mileage of the car it left my house without the problem but when in the hands of the garage.

The whole experience was excellent. The car was picked up at my workplace and delivered back when stated. The work carried out was explained well with good communication before and during the work and the vehicle was also well valeted and washed.

They took a telephone booking from me. When I turned up they didn't have it in their diary. I had taken a holiday off my work. Had to reschedule to a date 2 weeks later and waste another day'sholiday. No refund of my fuel used due to their error
