Norman at Douglas Park dealt with the issues with my car very well, ensuring I was kept up to date with progress. The only frustration was the length of time it took to find the issue leaving me with a smaller car than usual.

Unlike my previous service provider, Douglas Park kept me informed of progress, completed the work when they said they would, were helpful and friendly when I delivered and collected the car and provided an acceptable loan car.
